colored brain communication

With my talk entitled “What Color Is Your Brain?” I couldn’t have been better welcomed than by an auditorium of multi-colored chairs at Signature International Bhd.

Green, Red, Purple & Blue chairs particularly stood out. Why?

Colored Brain Communication Inventory classifies the brain in these colors based on ones’s genetic neuro-processing or how we experience, absorb & interpret info.

It helps us understand the kind of ”processor” we are running in our brain so that we design the right “software” to function optimally. What does that mean?

It might be that your junior is not actually dragging her feet, instead she’s just the linear processor Red Brain that needs clarity about each task before she can get down to it. Have you filled that gap?

Or your chaotic processor Green Brain Lead has tossed you a dozen solutions to a problem which you didn’t realize even existed!

On another front you’re getting crazy awaiting your relational processor Purple Brain peer to update you on the next step but he is still digging for details to get a “complete” info pack for you!

So to maintain your sanity you share your frustrations over coffee with the intuitive processor Blue Brain who you know will also share some invaluable insights!
