shaken or stirred?

It Doesn’t Always Need a Bond. 

Talent development programs are well intended. 

They are crafted with both the biz and employee enhancement in mind, besides other factors. When the program is no longer producing the desired results, it need not take James Bond to request for it to be shaken or even totally re-hashed. 

Some programs barely get off the ground, simply because after precious months of analyses, they end up being intelligently complicated with no one really knowing how to to even stir them. 

We say and hear it often enough, keep it simple. 

Too much, too long and the program may already be irrelevant.
