Vaneesa Veerappan and I conduct Investigative Interviewing as a practical and hands-on program for auditors and investigation officers. As a case/scenario-based practical workshop, participants are equipped with critical tools and techniques through mock-interviews. They are guided on the approach to obtain quality data to support comprehensive and well-founded conclusions from their investigations.

 

We also look at the behavioral aspects of an interviewee that help in both the formulation of questions and the interviewing approach.
